Winter season dating
Starting a relationship close to February 14th can be awkward on Valentine's Day if you're not REALLY into that person (yet).
Also, meeting family around Thanksgiving can prove to be more than a relationship can handle.
Plus, won’t it suck to not be able to walk a few blocks on a nice night because your heels are too high?
Instead, wear things you know look good on you but won’t hinder you from being cool, calm, and collected.
For those who handle conflict with more aplomb or are simply able to tolerate more pain, autumn is just the next step in a relationship cycle stereotyped to always end with icy fingers.
This is the time when the tendency to “pick battles” crops up most often (I’ve watched myself do this many times).

It's too close to Valentine's Day for you to NOT make a big deal of it. You better decide now if you're serious about seeing him because you know he's having his family in town over the holidays.
